严群博士是国家特聘专家、国际显示行业领域的权威学者和研发科学家、全球显示行业最有权威的技术组织-国际信息显示学会(Society for Information Display,简称SID)的fellow、SID全球显示技术培训学校委员会(Display Training School Committee)主席、 SID中国区总裁(Director)、福州大学特聘教授,他在福州大学团队主要从事基于Micro-LED 高度集成半导体(Highly Integrated Semiconductor Information Display, HISID)下一代信息显示技术,光场显示技术、交互式富媒体技术(含VR/AR/MR)等方面的研究,鉴于这个领域新技术和产业迅速发展的需求,现诚聘多名博士后加盟。


Dr. Qun (Frank) Yan has established well known reputation as a leading expert in display industry, especially in the field of emissive display. He won SID (Society for Information Display) Special Recognition Award in 2013 and SID Fellow Award in 2017. He is the director of SID Beijing Chapter, the Chair of Display Training School Committee at SID. He currently is full time professor at Fuzhou University in China, his team in Fuzhou University, mainly engaged inthe research of Micro-LED based Highly integrated semiconductor information display (HISID), the next generation information display, light field display technology, interactive rich media technology (including VR/AR/MR) and so on. Due to rapid progress in this field, Dr. Yan’s research group is recruiting several post-doctors or assistant researchers.

应聘条件Qualifications

1. 已经获得或即将获得相关研究领域博士学位;

2. 有较强的动手能力和英文写作能力,能够独立开展工作;

3. 工作责任心强,认真踏实,对科研和实验室工作有热情,有团队合作精神;

4. 具备以下研发经验者优先考虑:光电显示器件(LEDOLEDLCD)和/MEMS器件研发经验,光场显示,IC 设计,纳米微加工技术和微电子光电器件工艺开发经验。

5. 或具备全景3D拍摄技术,视频和图像处理技术(影像合成、三维引擎、三维建模、VR作图等),感知输入和反馈技术(手势识别、动作捕捉、体感输入、眼球追踪、超声波触觉等)。


1. To be granted or have been granted doctoral degree in related researchfields;

2. Strong hand-on capability and English writing ability, able to work independently;

3. Hard worker, be responsible, enthusiastic for research and laboratorywork, and team work sprit;

4. Candidates with following R&D experience are preferred: display devices(LED, OLED, LCD) and/or MEMS devices, light field display, IC design, micro-nanofabrication technologies, and microelectronic and optoelectronic devicedevelopment;

5. Other technical abilities: panoramic 3D shooting technology, video andimage processing technology (image synthesis, 3D engine, 3D modeling, VR construction),sensory input and feedback technology (gesture recognition, motion capture, somatosensoryinput, eye tracking, and ultrasonic tactus).



薪资待遇Remuneration package

1. 按个人研发能力,年薪在30-50万。

2. 组内经费充裕、科研气氛极好、设备先进齐全,并提供良好的办公、科研条件和生活条件。


1. Annual salary: 300,000-500,000 RMB based on individual experience andcapability;

2. Abundant research fund, excellent scientific research atmosphere,advanced research facility;
