2025年3月9日上午10:00，SID广州学生分会召开了2025年广州学生分会换届纳新活动，本次活动中中山大学电子与信息工程学院博士生陈炜纯同学、硕士生彭丽莎同学和何俊杰同学分别就他们以往参加的学术会议作心得分享。本次会议由SID广州学生分会主席吴鑫灶主持，此外中山大学杨柏儒教授、中山大学秦宗副教授出席本次会议以及SID学生分会的十余名同学们出席本次学术分享会。

在活动中，吴鑫灶同学首先对国际信息显示学会SID的全球布局进行了简要的介绍，并且说明了广州学生分会在其中的定位，接着提到了广州学生分会换届的事情并具体介绍了广州学生会执委会的加入方式、具体的职责以及成员的福利，最后其介绍了往届SID广州学生分会所举办的活动，让在场的各位同学们对学生分会有了个更为清晰的认识。

On March 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the SID Guangzhou Student Chapter successfully held its Leadership Transition and Recruitment Event. The activity featured academic experience sharing sessions by three students from Sun Yat-sen University's School of Electronics and Information Engineering: Ph.D. candidate Chen Weichun, and master's students Peng Lisha and He Junjie, who presented insights from their previous participation in academic conferences. The event was chaired by SID Guangzhou Student Chapter Chair Wu Xinzao, with attendance from Professor Bo-Ru Yang and Associate Professor Qin Zong of Sun Yat-sen University, along with over ten student members.

During the event, Wu Xinzao first provided an overview of the global presence of the Society for Information Display (SID) and explained the positioning of the Guangzhou Student Chapter within this international framework. He then announced the upcoming leadership transition and detailed the application process, responsibilities, and benefits associated with joining the chapter's executive committee. Finally, he highlighted past activities organized by the SID Guangzhou Student Chapter, giving attendees a comprehensive understanding of the chapter's operations.

接下来中山大学电子与信息工程学院博士生陈炜纯同学对其参加Internal Display Workshops(IDW)的日本之行进行了分享，她分享了在此次学术之旅中的所见所感所闻，让同学们认识到学术之旅的记录不仅仅只能是学术交流上的记录，也可以是旅途上的某一个瞬间、某一个场景的记录，让在场各位在了解到显示前沿技术的同时还在其分享中体会到了日本的风土人情、感受到了陈炜纯同学在此行收获中的喜悦。

Subsequently, Ph.D. candidate Chen Weichun from the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Sun Yat-sen University shared her experiences from the Internal Display Workshops in Japan. She highlighted how academic journeys extend beyond formal exchanges, emphasizing that meaningful documentation could include fleeting moments or cultural snapshots from travels. While introducing cutting-edge display technologies, she immersed the audience in Japan's local customs through vivid anecdotes, conveying her intellectual fulfillment and personal joy gained from the trip.

之后，中山大学硕士生彭丽莎同学对其所参加的⾹港和台湾学术会议分享了自己的⼼得，她指出参加学术会议的意义在于三个“魔法时刻”：让自己的研究被看到、踩在巨人的肩膀上拓宽自己的视野和寻找志同道合的“学术伙伴”。她认为参与学术会议应该积极主动、多利用oral这种机会主动式的输出，并且科研并非只有学术，还有交流，学术视野与科研能力是同等重要的存在，多一点学术交流、多一点志同道合的“学术伙伴”可能对自己研究有奇效，也可能对显示行业做出更有力地推动。

Next, master's student Peng Lisha shared her feeling about the participation in academic conferences across Hong Kong and Taiwan. She articulated three "magic moments" of conference engagement: Gaining visibility for one's research, Expanding perspectives by "standing on the shoulders of giants", Discovering like-minded academic collaborators. Peng advocated for leveraging oral presentations for proactive output. She stressed that scholarly success requires balancing research capabilities with academic vision, noting: "Academic exchange isn't merely supplementary—it multiplies research impact and may propel the display industry forward through unexpected synergies."

最后，中山大学硕士生何俊杰同学对其所参加的第十一届两岸三地研究生显示技术研讨会(PGWS)的台湾学术之旅进行了分享。在他的分享中，不仅展示了在PGWS会议中的讨论“盛况”，还介绍了自己在参观台积电博物馆以及游览台湾的所观所想，让同学们明白了学术旅途的意义不只是学术上的精进，也可以是人生体验上的丰裕。

Finally, master's student He Junjie recounted his experience at the 11th Postgraduate Workshop on Display Technology (PGWS) in Taiwan. His presentation captured both the academic vigor of PGWS discussions and cultural insights from visiting the TSMC Museum and exploring Taiwan. Through this dual focus, He demonstrated how academic journeys enrich not only professional expertise but also life experiences, broadening participants' intellectual and personal horizons.

最后，在大家充满轻松氛围的，或是学术上的、或是生活上的讨论后，大家进行了合影留念。至此，本次2025年广州学生分会换届纳新活动圆满结束。

The event concluded with a lively discussion blending academic and casual exchanges, followed by a group photo session. This marked the successful completion of the 2025 SID Guangzhou Student Chapter Leadership Transition and Recruitment Initiative.
